Brand Building

Identity that holds together everywhere

Logo, visual identity, and brand book development, scaled from a single logo to a full identity system, delivered with source files and templates you can keep using yourself.

Building a brand doesn't start with a big budget — it starts with the decision to stop looking smaller than you actually are. This group of services does exactly that: a logo, an identity, and materials that don't reveal how few people are really behind them.

The logo was made in two hours, because something had to go on the website before launch. The colors are slightly different on the site, slightly different on Instagram, and different again in the investor deck — nobody ever wrote them down, so every file gets made "by eye."

You put graphics together yourself, in the evenings, in Canva. It's eleven at night, you're nudging a headline two pixels to the left and back again, and you know this isn't the work you should be doing right now — but there's no one to hand it to. In the morning you send an offer to a partner and see it through their eyes: it looks thrown together. Because it was.

The part that hurts most is the moment your product is genuinely good — better than the competitor's, who just looks more professional. They have a worse product in better packaging. And that packaging wins the first impression, before anyone checks the rest.

We build your brand once, properly — and hand you the tools to keep working on your own afterward without losing consistency. We're not taking Canva away from you; we're giving you a better starting point for it: a system where every next post, offer, and label puts itself together, because the rules are set once.

We scale the scope to your company's stage — from a standalone logo with the basics, to a full identity system. Details and packages below.

For us, graphic design and print preparation are one skill, not two. We know that a file that looks good and a file that prints well aren't the same thing — which is why your identity is built from the start in versions for every medium it will live on: screen, offset print, foil, embroidery. We work in InDesign, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW — the same programs your printer works in.

We don't design "for the portfolio." Moodboards and directions come from your materials, your industry, and your customers — not from trends that in two years will look stamped with their design year. The brand has to be yours, not ours.

And something that, with identity work, often matters more than the design itself: you get the complete set of source files and templates to work with on your own. We don't build a relationship where changing a color on a banner requires another invoice from us.

What You Get

  • Materials You're Not Embarrassed to Send an InvestorYour offer, deck, and website look like they come from a company worth talking to. The first impression stops working against you.
  • Consistency Without Policing ItColors, fonts, and rules are written down in a brand book — not in someone's head. Whatever gets made, by us or by you, looks like it came from one company.
  • Templates You Can Work With Yourself in Ten MinutesPost, stories, offer, business card — ready-made templates for Canva and Figma. Your evenings come back to you, and the materials keep looking professional.
  • A Brand That Looks Bigger Than You AreThat's how you actually grow: first you look like the company you want to be, then you become it. Clients and partners take you more seriously before you've had a chance to prove the rest.

Identity is judged by eye, not by adjectives — so instead of describing our designs, we show them. On the call, we walk through portfolio work: the mark, the brand book, and the materials that grew out of it, including before-and-after comparisons from rebrands. You'll see right away whether our way of thinking about brands fits yours — a fairer test than any list of awards.

Scope and Pricing

Ten services — from a single logo to an identity system for a network of locations. Each has its own page with details:

Mark and system: logo design · logo rebranding · brand book · full visual identity · identity system for a network of locations

Applications: campaign key visual · product packaging design · product label design · graphic pattern design for a product · brand mascot / icon design

Where to start? A company at the launch stage usually starts with a logo with the basics — the foundation the rest can grow from in stages, at the pace your budget allows. A company that's already running and feels its materials are letting it down starts with a rebrand or a brand book to bring order to what already exists. A network of locations starts with an identity system, because there consistency stops being a matter of aesthetics and becomes a matter of management.

The process is the same regardless of scale:

  1. Brief — we talk about your company, your customers, and what the brand needs to communicate. If you have existing materials, we look at them — a rebrand starts from what's working, not a blank page.
  2. Moodboard and directions — before any design work begins, we agree on a shared visual language. This is the moment for "that's not us" — and it's cheap to fix here.
  3. Two to three options to choose from — real proposals, not one favorite and two filler options.
  4. Refinement over an agreed number of rounds — the number of rounds is written into the contract, so both sides know when the project ends.
  5. Brand book, files, and templates — the complete package: open and production-ready files, usage rules, templates for working on your own.

Billing: a fixed price per package, at three levels. Starter — logo, palette, typography, and first templates. Standard — full identity with a brand book and templates for Canva and Figma. Full — identity plus applications across print and digital media. You know the price of your chosen package before you start, and it doesn't increase along the way; the number of revision rounds is written into the contract, and the delivery deadline depends on the package and is part of the offer, not a promise made over the phone.

Why does this pay off when you can get a logo for pocket change from a generator? Because you don't buy an identity for a year. A cheap mark comes back as a cost on every material after it: something has to be reworked, adjusted, rescued at the print stage — and after two years the sum of those patches exceeds the price of a proper design, while the brand still looks accidental. Done once, done well, it works for years and gets cheaper with every use.

Our Guarantees

The source files and full ownership rights are yours. Once delivered, you can take them anywhere — to another agency, to a printer, to your own designer. It's a test of how confident we are that you'll stay by choice.

The package price is fixed. It doesn't increase during the project. Scope and the number of rounds are in the contract, so neither side has room to spring a surprise.

Templates for working on your own, within scope. Canva and Figma — the tools you actually work in. We don't make you dependent on us for every post.

Rules, not rigid templates. The brand book describes the scope of freedom — what's fixed and where you can experiment. A personal brand stays personal: you, and only you, approve the tone.

Guarantee on production file accuracy. Bleed, margins, color profile, resolution — if a preparation error is on our side, we cover the reprint.

Availability

We take on a limited number of identity projects per month, because each one needs a designer's attention from moodboard to brand book — this process can't be parallelized indefinitely. If you have a launch, a funding round, or a trade show ahead of you, tell us your date on the first call — you'll know right away whether it's realistic, not after you've signed a contract.

Let's Talk About Your Brand

Write or call. Twenty minutes is enough for us to tell you which package makes sense for you — even if it's the smallest one, and even if the honest answer is "wait a while longer, what you have is enough for now."

What You Lose by Waiting

Either you do this now, before launch, or you do it in a year — and then you'll be reworking everything made in the meantime: the website, the packaging, the offer, the profiles. It's the same work, just done twice and paid for twice. A brand can't be postponed — it forms anyway, with every file you send out; the only question is whether it happens under control.

In Short

Three packages at a fixed price · brand book and templates for Canva and Figma · number of rounds written into the contract · source files and full rights are yours · production file guarantee · deadline aligned with your launch.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a logo project cost, and how much does a full identity cost?

Each package has a fixed price that you know before you start — no "it depends" quote after three meetings. The difference between packages is scope: just a logo with the basics, a full identity with a brand book, or a system with applications across media. On the twenty-minute call, we'll tell you which one makes sense at your stage.

I can manage in Canva. Why do I need an agency?

You'll manage in Canva just fine — as long as you have something to build with. The problem for startups isn't a lack of tools, it's a lack of a system: colors, fonts, and rules that make a hundred different materials look like one brand. We build the system and templates, you keep assembling in Canva — that's collaboration, not competition.

How many revision rounds are included in the price?

The number of rounds is written into the contract for each package — both sides know it before you start. It protects both directions: you know you won't get stuck in an endless project, and we know the project has a finish line. Additional rounds are possible, but as a deliberate decision with its own price, not as a surprise.

Will I get the source files?

Yes, all of them — open project files, production versions, and screen exports. Plus full ownership rights. If a provider doesn't want to hand over the source files, they're planning to profit from your dependence on them — a good question to ask of any offer, including ours.

I already have a logo. Rebrand or new design?

Usually a rebrand — and usually gentler than you'd expect. If your mark is recognizable among your customers, that's equity you don't throw in the trash; we tidy it up instead of starting from zero. We only recommend a new design once the old one is actively hurting you — and we explain why.

Will you prepare the files for the printer?

Yes — and we take responsibility for it, not just "export a PDF." Bleed, margins, color profile, and resolution are checked against the specific print technology, and if a preparation error is on our side, we cover the reprint. You can print with us or with your own printer — the file will be correct either way.

I'm afraid an agency will standardize me and I'll lose my personality.

That's a concern we take seriously, because it can be valid — cookie-cutter agencies produce cookie-cutter brands. That's why we work the other way around: directions come from your materials and from talking with you, and the brand book describes rules and room for freedom, not rigid boxes. With a personal brand, you and only you approve the tone — our role is to strengthen what's already yours, not replace it with ours.

Do you also do packaging and labels?

Yes — packaging design, product label design, and graphic pattern design for a product are separate services in this group, designed from the start with production technology in mind: print method, material, die-cut. Packaging designed without knowledge of production is the most common way a nice design turns into an expensive problem.
