Brand communication — personal or corporate — has one problem today: it demands a daily presence, and you have a day job. This group of services takes over production and consistency, leaving you with the one thing you can never hand off to anyone: the decision on every word that goes out under your name.

Media and Image
Consistent, and still yours
Social media management, photo and video production, and PR support that keep your brand's communication regular and consistent, built from your own words and approved by you before publication.
One week you post heavily, because there happened to be a break in the season. Then a month of silence, because of travel, competitions, work. Phone photos, snapped on the run, because there's never time for a proper shoot. The profile looks like a chronicle of chaos — even though everyone in your industry knows exactly who you are.
Then an email arrives from a sponsor: they ask for reach numbers and examples of past collaborations. You paste screenshots into a presentation at midnight, and you know exactly how it looks. The figure they offer you will reflect that file — not your actual results.
And somewhere in the back of your mind there's one more thing: what if something unpleasant blows up one day — a screenshot pulled out of context, a comment, a scandal that isn't even your fault? Who picks up the phone then? Because today the answer is: no one. You're on your own with it.
We take over management and production — the calendar, content, photos, video, moderation — leaving you the decision on every word. Your communication becomes regular without ceasing to be yours: we write from your words, not instead of you.
On top of that comes a layer people only think about once it's too late: a crisis procedure, written down before it's ever needed. Details of scope and the cooperation model are below.
We don't write for you — we write from your words. A voice memo recorded in the car, a short weekly call, or a note on your phone is enough; from that we create content in your tone, which you approve before it's published. You can hear the difference: text written "for someone" sounds like a leaflet, text written from someone's own words sounds like a person.
Photography, video and PR sit in one team on our side — we don't outsource shoots or stitch communication together from three independent subcontractors. That's why photos, reels and copy read like one story, not three separate invoices.
And a third thing, rare in this industry: we understand that in brand communication — especially personal branding — our role is to be invisible. Success looks like everyone thinking you're doing it all yourself.

What's in it for you
- Consistency without your daily involvementThe publishing calendar keeps running even during your worst week of the season. Continuity stops depending on your day.
- Materials that look professional, because they arePhoto and video shoots on a rhythm that makes sense, instead of snapshots taken on the run. Anyone visiting the profile for the first time sees the difference — and a sponsor is always a first-time visitor.
- A reach report ready to send to a sponsorNumbers, collaboration examples and results in a format you send in a single email. The conversation about your rate starts from your results, not from screenshots.
- Someone picks up the phone when something uncomfortable happensA crisis procedure written in advance: who responds, within what timeframe, who approves the wording of the reply. Your worst day stops being improvised.
In this line of work, proof is discreet by nature: some of our clients simply don't want it to show that someone is helping them — and that's fine, because that's exactly how personal brand communication is supposed to work. So instead of a wall of logos, we offer a simpler test: at the first call we show you the profiles we manage and material from our shoots, and you judge what's visible to the naked eye — consistency, coherence, and whether each of those profiles sounds like its own distinct voice. If they all sound the same, that's a warning sign — with us, it should be the opposite.
Scope and pricing
Seventeen services — from profile management, through photo and video production, to PR and traditional media. Each has its own dedicated page with details:
Social media: social media profile management · social media moderation · publishing calendar · Reels / TikTok production
Photo and video: product photography — packshot · image/branding photography · event photo session · promotional video production · corporate image video
PR and image: PR support · press release · crisis communication procedure · influencer campaign
Traditional media: radio advertising · TV advertising · press advertising · outdoor advertising space purchase
We're honest about traditional media: it's a complement to communication for companies and institutions with the right budget, not the first thing we suggest. If your presence is starting from zero, we start with channels where every euro you spend shows up in the numbers.
The natural entry point into this group looks different depending on who you are. A personal brand usually starts with profile management plus an opening image photo session — that immediately raises the level of everything published afterward. A product-based company starts with packshots and video, because visual material feeds both the online store and social media. An institution starts with the crisis procedure and the approval path, because there communication safety matters more than its speed.
Cooperation runs on a steady rhythm:
- Communication strategy — who you are in your communication, who you're speaking to, what you don't do. Written down and approved by you.
- Publishing calendar — prepared in advance, approved once a month. You know what will be published and when.
- Content production — copy from your own words, graphics, photos and video in one consistent style.
- Approval — nothing goes out without your consent. For the first two months, you approve every single piece of content.
- Publishing and moderation — we respond in your tone and escalate to you anything that needs your decision.
- Monthly report — reach, engagement, conclusions. In a format ready for a sponsor or a management board.
Billing: a monthly subscription with content defined up front — strategy, calendar, a number of graphic and text materials fixed in the contract, moderation and reporting; you know the full amount after the first call, before you sign anything. A photo or video session is quoted separately, recommended once a quarter so the content bank never runs dry. PR support and the crisis procedure are included in the subscription. Influencer collaborations are billed separately and transparently: you see exactly how much goes to the creator and how much is our fee.
Why a subscription rather than pay-per-post? Because communication compounds: a single good post changes nothing, twenty consistent weeks change your negotiating position. A subscription is what buys you continuity — the hardest thing to maintain on your own.

Our guarantees
We publish nothing without your consent. That's a clause in the contract, not a statement of good faith. Nothing goes out under your name or your brand that you haven't approved.
For the first two months, you approve every piece of content. The switch to spot-check approval happens only when you decide you want it — not when it's more convenient for us.
Communication guidelines instead of rigid templates. You get a written scope of freedom: what stays fixed, where we improvise, what we never do. You know exactly where our role ends.
A crisis procedure written before we start. Who responds, within what timeframe, who approves the reply — agreed before it's ever needed. During campaign periods, we're also reachable outside business hours.
Content is created from your own words. Recordings, conversations, notes — that's the source material. If a text doesn't sound like you, it goes back for revision; that's an acceptance criterion, not a matter of taste.
Availability
We manage a limited number of brands at a time, because each one needs weekly contact with a person, not a schedule — we're upfront about open slots on the first call. If you have a season opener, a book launch, a public appearance or sponsorship negotiations coming up, tell us the date right away: a profile builds credibility more slowly than it loses it, so the earlier we start, the less there'll be to rescue in the home stretch.
Let's talk — about you first
Call or write to us. The first conversation is about you, not about a package: we need to hear how you talk, so we can honestly judge whether we can capture it. If we can't — we'll say so directly, because content that sounds foreign would destroy exactly the thing you value most.
What you lose by waiting
Either you put your communication in order now, or you walk into a contract negotiation with a profile that isn't fit to show — and then the figure will be decided not by your results, but by your Instagram. Recognition that can't be seen doesn't negotiate. In this game, you're not paid for who you are, only for what can be shown about you.
In short
Regular communication in your tone · content from your own words, not written for you · nothing goes out without your consent — a contract clause · photo, video and PR in one team · a crisis procedure written before launch · a report ready for a sponsor or a management board.
Frequently asked questions
Will you write for me? That sounds like losing authenticity.
It's the opposite: we write from your words. Your recordings, conversations and notes are the source material — we give them shape and a publishing rhythm. If a text doesn't sound like you, it goes back for revision; and for the first two months you approve every single sentence anyway, so nothing foreign can slip through.
How much does managing communication cost?
A fixed-price monthly subscription with transparent content: a set number of materials and texts, moderation, reporting. Photo and video sessions are quoted separately, recommended once a quarter. You know the full amount after the first call — it depends on the number of channels and the publishing pace, not on guesswork.
Do I have to approve every post? I don't have time for that.
At the start, yes — deliberately so, because in the first few weeks we're calibrating your tone. Later, if you decide we're getting it right, we switch to spot-check approval: you approve the plan and spot-check individual pieces. But that decision is yours, and it's reversible in either direction.
What happens when a crisis breaks out?
A procedure written before launch kicks in: who monitors, who responds within what timeframe, who approves the wording of the reply — and what we never do (we don't delete criticism, we don't respond emotionally). During periods of heightened risk, we're available outside business hours. The most damage is done by improvisation in the first two hours — the procedure exists so that doesn't happen.
Do you shoot photos and video yourselves, or outsource them?
Ourselves — photography and video are our own team, not subcontractors. That means the shoot, the reels and the graphics keep one consistent style, and material from a session goes straight into the publishing calendar instead of waiting to be handed off between companies.
Do you also manage corporate profiles and institutions?
Yes — the mechanics are the same, what changes is the decision-making layer: for an institution we set up an approval path (who approves on whose behalf), a calendar aligned with the organization's own calendar, and a report formatted for a board or a governing body. The crisis procedure stops being optional and becomes the first document of the cooperation.
Do you cover live events?
Yes — a photographer and a camera operator work on site, and coverage is produced during the event, not after it. Material from the event then feeds your communication for weeks afterward: it's the cheapest way to get a month's worth of good content.
Do you work with influencers?
Yes — we select creators based on an analysis of their audience, not their follower count, we negotiate terms, and we bill the collaboration transparently: the creator's fee separately, our work separately. Reach should land among people who buy, not people who just scroll.
