Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the pilot itself?
The pilot checks whether the solution works at all on a data sample. The production rollout prepares it to run at full volume, every day, unsupervised.
What if a case comes up during rollout that the pilot never anticipated?
We analyze it and decide together with you whether the solution should handle it automatically or route it to a person.
How long is the production observation period?
It depends on how often the process occurs — a rarer process needs a longer window to gather enough real cases.
Does the rollout include training our team?
Yes, documentation and knowledge transfer are a standing part of the rollout, not an add-on service.
What happens if the system doesn't hit the success threshold at full volume?
We go back to analyzing the causes together with you before deciding on next steps — we don't declare a rollout finished against the results.
Can we roll out only part of what the pilot covered?
Yes, we agree on the production scope together, and it can be limited to selected functions.
