Your social media profile looks solid but a bit impersonal — just product shots and text posts. The competitor next door has a character customers comment on, tag their friends in, and spot from across the room at an event.

Your social media profile looks solid but a bit impersonal — just product shots and text posts. The competitor next door has a character customers comment on, tag their friends in, and spot from across the room at an event.

For you, every new graphic for a post is a separate "draw something fun" request, with no shared character for people to get used to. The result is that even if individual illustrations look nice, nobody after a few months connects them as one consistent character — and it's repetition that builds recognition, not a single good drawing.

A brand mascot isn't a single illustration, it's a character designed as a coherent system — with set proportions, colours and a range of poses you can use on social media, at events and in print, keeping the same identity every time.

We design the character together with a character sheet — front, side and back views — so it can be drawn consistently from different angles, not just the one shown in the first sketch. We add a set of basic expressions and poses ready to use in content. We don't design a mascot without checking proportions across poses — a character that visually "drifts" between materials stops being recognisable, which defeats the whole point of creating it.

What you get

  • A recognisable character that builds a connection with your audienceStronger than a dry corporate message, because it appears consistently and customers start associating it with the brand.
  • A ready set of poses and expressionsYour social media team isn't commissioning a new illustration for every single post.
  • The option to order a physical costume for eventsBuilt from ready technical documentation, without extra back-and-forth with the workshop that makes it.

We don't publish numbered case studies at this stage — at the meeting we show a portfolio of characters we've designed, so you can see the style and level of detail before we settle on the scope of yours.

Scope and pricing

The package covers the character design with a character sheet, a set of basic expressions and poses, a vector version in files ready for social media and print, and — optionally — technical documentation for ordering a physical costume.

  1. You send us a brief on the brand's character and where the mascot needs to appear.
  2. We prepare concept directions for the character for you to choose from.
  3. We develop the chosen direction along with the pose set, with revisions in the number of rounds agreed in the contract.
  4. We deliver the final files.
  5. If a physical costume is needed, we additionally prepare technical documentation.

You learn the package price after sending the brief, and it stays fixed for the rest of the project. A mascot redrawn from scratch for every post costs more over a year than one character system designed once — and it also risks the versions drifting apart until nobody recognises them as the same character.

Our guarantees

Production-file accuracy guarantee. We check every pose and expression against the character sheet's proportions for consistency.

Source files and full rights are yours. The character design and all files are your property from the moment of handover.

The package price is fixed. The amount agreed after the brief doesn't change while the agreed scope is delivered.

Availability

We schedule mascot delivery around your launch or the start of a campaign featuring it. We run a limited number of illustration projects in parallel so each character gets the team's full attention.

Order your brand mascot design

Send us a brief on the brand's character and where the mascot needs to appear. We'll come back with character concepts, a timeline and a firm quote.

What waiting costs you

The longer social media runs without a consistent character, the harder it becomes later to build the recognition that's easier to establish from the start than to catch up on once a competitor already has their own.

In short

A character designed as a coherent system, not a single illustration · a character sheet ensuring consistency across different angles · a five-step process from brief to optional costume documentation · technical documentation ready for ordering a costume · a fixed package price sized to the character's complexity.

Frequently asked questions

How many poses and expressions are included in the standard package?

We agree the number in the brief, matching it to where the mascot will appear most often.

Can the mascot be used to order a physical costume for events?

Yes, we can optionally prepare technical documentation with proportions and material requirements for the workshop making the costume.

Does the mascot design account for printing on promotional items?

Yes, the vector version is prepared for both digital publishing and printing on promotional materials.

What if I need a new pose in the future that wasn't planned for at the start?

A new pose is built on the existing character sheet, so it's faster and cheaper than designing the mascot from scratch.

Can the mascot have a name and its own story used in content?

Yes, if you want to develop the character narratively, we settle that at the brief stage so the visual character matches that story.

Is one mascot enough, or is it worth having a family of related characters?

That depends on your content — one consistent character is usually enough to start with, and we discuss expanding to more characters when the need arises.
