The "Team" tab on your website shows photos taken years ago on a phone — different backgrounds, different lighting, and one person has no photo at all. A prospect looking someone up on LinkedIn before a call sees a random, outdated portrait and wonders if they've even found the right company.
You open a salesperson's LinkedIn profile before a first meeting and see a photo from years ago, shot in poor light. The first impression is set before a single word is exchanged.
In a ten-person team, photo styles drift fast — one person on a bright background, another in shadow by a window, a third with no profile photo at all. The company site starts to look like a random group of people, not one team.
You've had "quick" photos taken before a conference or a trade show, but a few people always end up without a portrait — on holiday that week, or the shot just didn't turn out and nobody followed up.
We run a headshot session for the whole team in one place and time, with consistent style and lighting — files ready for your website and LinkedIn as soon as you get them.
We shoot either in our studio or right at your office, depending on whether you want a clean, uniform background or the context of a real workplace.

We set one consistent light for the whole group, so portraits don't differ in style even if the session runs for hours. Each shot gets a short briefing first — how to stand, where to look — because most people tense up in front of a camera, and easing that is our job.
What we don't do: we don't shoot a team assembly-line style, one take per person with no adjustment to pose or expression — everyone gets their moment in front of the lens, even in a session covering a dozen-plus people.
What you actually get
- A consistent team gallery on your site and LinkedInThe company looks like one organised team, not a set of random photos pulled from phones.
- A portrait you can use anywhereFrom a business card to an investor deck, with no sense of an amateur shot in the background.
- Every employee instantly recognisableAn up-to-date profile photo makes it easier for a client to connect a face to your company before the conversation even starts.
- One session instead of a string of one-off requestsThe whole team done in a single date, instead of chasing missing portraits for months.
We don't publish invented case studies with fabricated numbers — come see sample portraits from our past sessions in person or on a video call.
Scope and pricing
A headshot session includes: a shoot for a set number of people, a set number of frames per person to choose from, a uniform or in-office background, full retouching of every chosen shot, and files ready for your website, LinkedIn, and print.
Ordering works like this: (1) we agree on headcount and location — studio or your office, (2) we build a schedule for who's in front of the camera when, (3) the session, with a short briefing and a few shots per person, (4) selecting the best frames with you, (5) editing and delivery of finished files.
You know the full price before booking — it depends on team size, session location, shots per person, and how much retouching is needed. A phone photo costs nothing, but style drifts fast in a bigger team. One consistent session every so often costs less than a string of one-off "quick photos".

Our guarantees
Nothing without your sign-off. We select the best shots with you on-site or right after — nothing goes to editing without approval.
A second take if someone's unhappy. If someone on the team isn't happy with their shot, we do another take in the same session.
Set-up matched to your team, not a rigid template. Location, background, and style are agreed for your team, instead of forcing one format on every client.
A clear process if something's off. We agree in advance what happens if a shot doesn't meet expectations, not after the fact.
A natural portrait, not a stiff pose. The briefing is there to ease tension in front of the camera, not force a fake smile.
Availability
We book sessions ahead of time, since the date has to fit an entire team's schedule at once — the bigger the team, the earlier you should reach out. Slots fill fastest around website refresh and annual report season.
Book a headshot session for your team
Send us the headcount and your preferred location — studio or your office — and we'll propose dates that fit your team's schedule.
What you lose by waiting
Every month with mismatched photos means clients looking up your salesperson on LinkedIn and seeing an outdated portrait.
In short
One consistent headshot session for the whole team · frame selection done together with you before editing starts · portraits ready for your website, LinkedIn, and print · an extra take within the session if someone's unhappy · choice of location: our studio or your office.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a headshot session for an entire sales team cost?
It depends on headcount, location, and retouching scope — send us the headcount for a concrete quote before booking.
Do you shoot in-studio, or can you come to our office?
Both options are available — an office session gives you photos in a real work setting, a studio session gives full control over light.
What if someone joins the team after the main session?
We book a short catch-up shoot for that one person, matching the same style and background, so the gallery stays consistent.
How long does a session for an entire team take?
It depends on headcount — one shot takes a few minutes, so a team of a dozen or so usually fits in a single time block.
Do we get files sized separately for LinkedIn and for our website?
Yes — files are delivered in several formats and resolutions, matched to social profiles as well as your website or print.
